The first step is to make sure we’d be a good match for each other. I’ll need more information about your business, and timeline to make sure we are both on the same page! I don’t like surprises and neither do you!

As soon as you give the green light to go ahead, a proposal and contract will be signed and a 50% deposit will be required to secure your spot in my schedule. At this stage, I’ll also need you to fill out a detailed questionnaire, so I can formulate a design strategy specific to you.

This is where you can sit back and relax! I begin the creative work at this stage, (this is where everything starts to come together). I will be sending through your design proof for your first round of revisions.

Once all changes have been implemented and approved, I will be sending through the final invoice. When final payment is made, all design assets and source files will be released and sent to you.

Congrats! Your website is now done. I’ll be providing you with support and answer any questions you may have once the project is completed.

Ok, so now what?  Your website is complete and up and running.  But you can’t just leave it hanging out there in the stratosphere!  Your website needs plugins and themes to be updated on a regular basis or it will crash.  Also, you should be adding fresh content to keep your customers interested and coming back. So you should be thinking about the maintenance and health of your website.
